About GANA
GANA stands for Global Affairs News Agency. The name reflects a broad interest in the world around us, but this publication is not a conventional newsroom or a promise of continuous news reporting.
GANA is an independent space for commentary, research-driven analysis, civic education, personal reflection, and occasional creative writing. Topics range from public policy, history, politics, and international affairs to technology, economics, and the everyday consequences of institutional decisions.
The work begins with questions. What is being claimed? What does the evidence establish? Who benefits, who bears the consequences, and what assumptions deserve scrutiny?
Articles represent the author’s perspectives. Facts and interpretations should be distinguished, and readers are encouraged to examine the evidence and reach their own conclusions.
GANA is a place for independent thought, not a substitute for original reporting by established news organizations.
